September 15, 2025
The Southeastern Community College Baseball team had another successful 2024-25 season. They were coming off a runner-up finish in the 2023-24 National Junior College season and followed that up with another trip to the NJCAA World Series and a sixth place finish.
There were a lot of upperclassmen that helped the team to a great year and many have signed with other institutions to continue their careers.
"This group left a strong legacy on SCC baseball in what it means to meet to the standard to be a Blackhawk. Not only did they win 92 games in two years and made two World Series appearances, they were great students and great leaders and strived to make everyone better around them every single day they were here," said SCC baseball coach Justin Schulte.
